Check Out
Can I check out and pay online?
Online checkout isn't available yet. When you're ready to purchase a painting, please contact me through the Contact Me page or email yesimdesousastudio@gmail.com. I'll reserve the piece for you for 24 hours while we arrange payment based on your preference.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash App, Zelle, Cash or Check:When you're ready to order, please contact me for further details. Please note that cash payment is only available for local purchases.How does the purchase process work?
Browse and choose - Look through the available paintings and select your art.
Contact me - Reach out through the Contact Me page or email me at yesimdesousastudio@gmail.com with the painting title.
I'll reserve your painting - Once I receive your inquiry, I'll hold the piece for you for 24 hours.
Invoice and payment arrangements - I'll email you an invoice with the total cost (including shipping if applicable) and payment instructions based on your preferred method (Cash App, Zelle, check, or cash for local pickups).
Payment confirmation - Once payment is received, your painting is officially yours.
Shipping or pickup - For local buyers, we can arrange pickup. For shipped orders, I'll carefully package and insure your painting and send you tracking information once it's on its way.
Shipping
Are there any additional fees to ship my work?Yes, all ground shipping to the continental US will be added to final price listed on my website. For expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact me at yesimdesousastudio@gmail.com.How fast will my order ship?Occasionally, artwork will be listed on my site while it is still drying, or artwork requires special packaging in order to keep your shipment safe. If this is the case I’ll contact you as soon as your order is placed to give you an estimate on how quickly your painting will be on its way to you. Otherwise you can expect to receive a tracking number within one week of placing your order.Do you insure paintings during shipping?All artwork is insured when it is shipped, and exceptional care is taken to make sure your work is safe from any risk while in transit. When you receive your artwork, please inspect the delivery before signing for it to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipping. If you notice any damage, decline the signature and notify me ASAP so that I can assess any damage.Studio & Explorations
Why are there no prices listed for the pieces under “Studio & Explorations”? Does that mean they are not available for purchase?
Paintings listed under Studio & Explorations are either sold, part of my personal collection, study pieces inspired by other artists' work, or works I'm not ready to part with yet. However, if you're interested in one of these pieces, please contact me at yesimdesousastudio@gmail.com, we can discuss commission options for similar work or let you know if the status changes.
Frames
Do all oil paintings come framed?
Not always. If a painting is listed as framed, the frame is included in the price. If you'd prefer it without the frame, please contact me and we can discuss adjusting the price accordingly.
